A fast-growing, multi-geography retail business is looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to support its continued international expansion. Operating across multiple markets, this product-led organisation has built a strong brand presence and is investing heavily in both talent and infrastructure as it enters an exciting phase of growth.

Your New Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the group's monthly and annual reporting processes, ensuring the accurate consolidation of multiple entities across various jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of monthly group consolidations across multiple entities and territories
- Managing intercompany accounting, reconciliations and balances across the group
- Preparation of group management accounts and board reporting packs
- Supporting year-end reporting and audit processes
- Reviewing and improving group reporting controls, processes and procedures
- Partnering with international finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Assisting with finance transformation and process improvement initiatives as the business continues to scale

What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a group reporting, group finance or financial reporting role
- Strong consolidations and intercompany accounting experience (essential)
- Previous experience within retail, wholesale, e-commerce or other product-led environments
- Experience working within a multi-entity and preferably international business
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
