Group Finance Manager | High-Growth Consumer Business | Central London | £70,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus
Zachary Daniels Finance is partnering with a rapidly growing international consumer business to recruit a Group Finance Manager. This business has been named in several lists of 2025 & 2026 as a UK consumer business to watch.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant who wants far more than a traditional reporting role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll join at an important stage of growth and help build the finance infrastructure required for an increasingly complex international business.
You'll gain broad exposure across financial control, first audit, international entities, stock, FP&A, systems, automation and AI, with a genuine progression route towards Group Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
The role
- Financial controls and preparation for the group's first statutory audit
- Multi-entity consolidation and international reporting
- UK, US and European tax and compliance, alongside external advisers
- Cashflow forecasting, treasury and cash management
- Stock accounting, SKU reporting and cost-of-goods visibility
- Budgeting, forecasting and channel profitability
- Finance systems, data flows and process improvement
- Automation and practical application of AI/LLMs within finance
- Commercial analysis across retail, wholesale, marketplaces and D2C

About you
You'll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong technical foundations, commercial curiosity and the ambition to progress quickly.
We're particularly interested in people with:
- Strong financial control, reporting and audit experience
- Consumer, ecommerce, retail, wholesale or another stock-based background
- Multi-entity and/or international exposure
- Strong systems and process-improvement capability
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and how technology can improve finance
- A strong academic and professional track record
- The hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
This could be particularly well suited to a second-time mover from accountancy practice looking for broader ownership and a clear route to finance leadership.

£70,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus | Central London | 4 days office
You'll work directly with an impressive Finance Director, have significant exposure across the business and help shape a finance function built for future growth.
For the right person, this role has a genuine pathway to Group Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
