I'm partnering with an exciting multi-site hospitality business that is looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join its growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, and driving financial performance across a fast-paced, multi-site operation.
What we're looking for:
- ✅ ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- ✅ Previous multi-site hospitality, leisure, retail or similar experience
- ✅ Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting expertise
- ✅ Confident business partner with excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Happy to work 5 days a week in the London office

What you'll be doing:
- Leading monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
- Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Driving financial controls, process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supporting year-end reporting, statutory accounts and external audits
- Managing and developing a high-performing finance team
