Group Finance Systems Manager | FTSE listed Consumer business | £70,000-£75,000 + benefits | Permanent role | Central London (hybrid working)
JasperRose is partnering with a FTSE-listed consumer business, which is looking for a Group Finance Systems Manager based in their group head office in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office). This is an opportunity to work for a multi-entity brand that is undergoing a period of transformation.
The role reports to the Head of Finance Systems and sits within a small, specialist team that works closely with Group Reporting and Transformation. The key objective of this role is to make sure group financials are consolidated on time and accurately, for both management and statutory purposes, by delivering robust systems. The remit covers both business as usual as well as transformation work.
Responsibilities
- Acting as system administrator for the group's consolidation and reporting systems, and ensuring reporting entity submissions are complete and valid
- Being the first point of contact for divisions on technical system queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support and training to close gaps in how the systems are used
- Maintaining the chart of accounts and company structures so that required changes are reflected promptly, including those arising IFRS 18
- Maintaining and developing models and reports within the group reporting system
- Working with the Group Reporting and Transformation teams to drive continuous improvement through streamlined processes and increased automation
- Planning, testing and implementing system upgrades, and liaising with IT, third-party providers and software vendors to resolve issues
- Transformation work including the implementation of IFRS 18, and a planned review of group systems and data models with appetite to invest

Skill set required
- ACA Qualified from Top 10/ Big 4
- Experience of group consolidation and IFRS from audit
- Strong systems knowledge including Cognos, VBA knowledge, Alteryx or Power apps
- Experience operating as a super user for a system or worked with clients where you have driven change across finance systems
- Candidates who have worked in audit and then moved into finance transformation role in the Big4 will be considered
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the business
