About the company:
HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business as they hire for a Group Financial Accountant, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a senior finance opportunity with broad responsibility across a growing group of businesses. You’ll take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership while leading a small finance team.

About the job:
- Full ownership of the monthly and year end reporting cycle
- Group budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Financial controls, compliance and statutory requirements
- Intercompany accounting and group reporting
- Treasury, cash flow and investment management
- R&D tax and other opportunities to improve the group's financial position
- Relationships with banks, auditors, accountants and other professional advisers
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Providing commercial insight to support business decisions and future growth

About you:
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry experience preferred
- Team player who can work collaboratively
