We’re looking for a technically strong, detail-driven accountant to support the Group’s accounting and reporting function. This role sits at the heart of the finance team and plays a key role in ensuring accurate monthly close, high-quality statutory reporting, and strong controls.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the month-end process, including:
- Balance sheet integrity
- Intercompany accounting
- G&A reporting and allocations
- Review of complex journals covering areas such as equity, payroll, and finance

You’ll also maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules, oversee VAT returns, review transfer pricing arrangements, and manage intercompany reconciliations and recharges across entities.
The role has significant exposure to statutory reporting. You’ll oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group’s corporate entities and support the wider Group Finance team with monthly, half-year and year-end group reporting. You’ll act as a key point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit activity and ensuring a smooth process at interim and year-end.

This role is well suited to someone who trained in a Big 4/Top 10 environment. You’ll be comfortable reviewing the work of others, applying judgement where required, and improving processes and controls as the business continues to scale.
