We're looking for a Group Financial Accountant to support the delivery of accurate, timely and high-quality group reporting, statutory reporting and audit processes across Reiss. You will play a key role in managing group consolidation, intercompany and foreign exchange activity, balance sheet reconciliations, and technical accounting matters across the business.

  • Background in audit practice, with experience preparing or reviewing audit deliverables and supporting statutory reporting requirements.
  • Strong understanding of group consolidation, intercompany transactions and foreign exchange, ideally within a multi-entity business.
  • Experience with statutory accounts preparation under FRS 102, Local GAAP and IFRS would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 16 leases is desirable, with confidence interpreting technical accounting guidance and applying it in practice.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience using Microsoft Business Central desirable.
  • Exposure to Jet Reporting, Power Query and Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, meet deadlines and support the wider finance team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
