Join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering year-end financial statements for Everywhen. This role offers broad exposure across technical accounting, acquisition accounting, regulatory reporting and legal entity lifecycle management — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and working with senior stakeholders.
This is a home-based role open to candidates across the UK. While you'll primarily work remotely, you will also have the option of using our Leeds office if you would prefer a hybrid working arrangement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and coordinate the year-end process for Everywhen’s financial statements
- Review statutory accounts to ensure compliance with FRS 101 and legal requirements
- Work closely with external auditors and internal finance teams to meet reporting deadlines
- Prepare regulatory, tax and other external submissions
- Prepare quarterly reporting packs for the group finance team
- Produce tax packs and supporting information for the internal tax team
- Create accounting entries for acquisitions and intra-group transfers
- Oversee legal entity lifecycle activities, including strike-offs
- Provide technical accounting, regulatory and tax insight
