Group Financial Accountant, Renewable Energy Investor, London, Hybrid, up to £75,000
A leading Infrastructure and Private Equity Investment Manager is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to welcome into their Group Finance team. You will be working with a very high calibre finance function who are looking for a motivated individual to join them.
The firm not only offers you great visibility within the firm, but it offers great internal progression, which is one of the reasons why this role has come about.
Main Responsibilities
- Ownership of the consolidation process, as well as budgeting and forecasting
- Month end and financial control procedures
- Ownership of internal controls, procedures, and documentation
- Help support the Group Finance Manager as a business partner for cost center heads
- Prepare the forecasts and annual budgets for the plc
- Review the work that is prepared by the Finance graduate and Group Financial Accountant
- Complete the month end for the plc and group consolidation
- Prepare the corporation tax and VAT returns

Requirements
The successful applicant for this Group Financial Accountant role will be:
- ACA or ACCA qualified from audit with strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge
- Experience working with large, complex listed groups
- Having a good attention to detail and analytical skills
