Group Financial Control Manager

Hospitality & Leisure Business

£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits

Hybrid working - 4 days office pw

Central London offices

This role will have broad responsibility across financial control, reporting, treasury, audit and finance transformation, while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group month-end close, reporting and balance sheet controls.
  • Strengthen financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Oversee statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and treasury activities.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and the adoption of new finance technology.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and commercial support.
  • Support strategic projects including expansion, acquisitions and restructuring.

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Strong financial control and technical accounting experience.
  • Background in a complex, multi-site or international environment.
  • Experience across reporting, audit, tax, treasury and cash flow forecasting.
  • Proven experience improving controls, processes and finance systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and finance systems capability.
