Group Financial Controller
Salary: £125k + Bonus
Location: North London – 3 days per week
Reference: WP2809
We are partnering with a £300m+, PE backed retail business. With a strong leadership team in place and a clear roadmap for growth. Reporting to the FD and working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team. You will be instrumental in building robust financial processes and controls, implementing scalable systems, and delivering high-quality financial insights to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing IRFS changes
- Improving efficiencies and reducing month-end close
- Establish and refine financial controls and processes to support a high-growth environment.
- Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and insightful management accounts and reporting.
- Manage group audits, liaising with auditors to deliver accurate and timely statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical foundation.
- Experience implementing and managing finance systems in a growing business.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Multi-site reporting exposure
- A self-starter with a passion for driving change and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
