Group Financial Controller
Contract: 12-Months FTC (immediate start)
Salary: £180k - £200k

Finatal is working with a private equity-backed B2B manufacturing which has been undergoing several acquisitions in the past 12 months, with significant US exposure. The business generates approximately £500m in revenue and is looking for a Group Financial Controller to provide deep technical accounting expertise during this critical period of structural change.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead a team across several complex accounting projects, oversee month-end reporting, and take ownership of global consolidations. You will implement Hyperion across the group, lead technical accounting matters, including PPA, and strengthen audit readiness while improving reporting processes across the enlarged group.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team across several complex accounting projects
- Oversee month-end reporting
- Take ownership of global consolidations
- Implement Hyperion across the group

- Undertake a finance organization transformation programme to restructure the entire function

Requirements
- Manufacturing experience
- Managing a Shared Service Centre
- Private equity-backed businesses
- M&A and integration exposure in a global context
- Consolidation tool implementation
You will be required to be on-site four days per week, including infrequent US travel, and you must be ACA-qualified.
