Group Financial Controller
London (2/3 days) with some International Travel
c£200k + Bonus
Working in partnership with a global E-Commerce organisation, I am seeking a high-calibre Group Financial Controller for this key role, working alongside and supporting the CFO, as well as extensively with the rest of the C-Suite, in the delivery of the new “vision for finance” transformation programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial control, accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, compliance, and governance of the Group. The role ensures the integrity of financial information, maintains robust financial controls, and delivers accurate and timely reporting to support executive decision-making. The successful candidate will lead a global finance team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Prospective Candidates
Prospective candidates will offer the highest academic qualifications, backed by a demonstrable track record of Group Financial Control within a multi-territory/multi-currency organisation, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector. A low ego, high impact approach with a natural ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement will stand you in good stead. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with strong stakeholder management skills. You will have a passion for detail and accuracy and the ability to use your own initiative with the confidence to influence and challenge behaviours.
