Global Finance Controller
We're partnering with a global creative services group operating across multiple international markets, a great opportunity to join a high‑performing finance team. You will oversee global financial control, ensure strong reporting standards, lead financial governance, and support commercial decision‑making across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial control activities across multiple regions
- Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes
- Deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting and analysis
- Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial governance
- Manage project‑based financial processes and profitability reporting
- Manage international entities and multi‑currency financial operations
- Drive improvements in systems, reporting tools and finance processes
- Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team
- Provide financial insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions

Successful Candidate

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
- 10+ years’ experience in senior financial control or financial leadership roles
- Strong background in project‑based or multi‑entity environments
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS and consolidated reporting
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership experience across international teams
- Available immediately or at short notice
