Global Finance Controller

We're partnering with a global creative services group operating across multiple international markets, a great opportunity to join a high‑performing finance team. You will oversee global financial control, ensure strong reporting standards, lead financial governance, and support commercial decision‑making across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial control activities across multiple regions
  • Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting and analysis
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial governance
  • Manage project‑based financial processes and profitability reporting
  • Manage international entities and multi‑currency financial operations
  • Drive improvements in systems, reporting tools and finance processes
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team
  • Provide financial insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ experience in senior financial control or financial leadership roles
  • Strong background in project‑based or multi‑entity environments
  • Deep understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS and consolidated reporting
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership experience across international teams
  • Available immediately or at short notice
