Group Financial Controller

Oxidise Group | Hybrid (Stratford-upon-Avon and London)

A senior finance leadership role within a growing, multi-entity marketing and media group.

About the Group

Oxidise is a privately owned, entrepreneurial marketing and media group comprising three operating businesses:

  • TMWI, an integrated marketing agency
  • Audience Store, a programmatic and audience-data specialist
  • Ruck, the UK's rugby union news and content platform

Established in 2000, the Group has worked with leading UK and global brands for more than 25 years and continues to grow strongly across all three businesses.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will take full ownership of the Group's finance function, leading a central team comprising an Accounts Manager and a Finance Executive. You will be responsible for accurate and timely management, consolidated and statutory reporting across all three businesses, and for maintaining robust financial controls throughout the Group.

Alongside the core reporting cycle, you will drive continuous improvement in how the function operates, applying automation to reduce manual processing, shorten the month-end close and create more time for commercial and financial analysis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
