Group Financial Controller
Salary - £85,000 plus bonus
Location: Eastbourne/ hybrid
Our client, an established international SME business, is looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to head up the finance team. With offices in Eastbourne, you will be required on-site for a minimum of 3 days per week.
As the Group Financial Controller, you will work closely with the CEO, providing strategic support, whilst managing the finance function. You will ensure strong controls and timely reporting in this varied, hands-on role.

- Regulatory compliance & tax
- Budgeting, forecasting & planning
- Business partnering and commercial support
- Cash flow and treasury management
- Internal controls and process improvement

As a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant, you will have notable experience in a finance leadership role, managing finance operations. Ideally, you will have experience with multi-currency, consolidation, and intercompany exposure.
