Interim Finance Controller/Group Financial Controller | PE-Backed International Business | 6 Months | £600-£800pd | London Hybrid
Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed international Consulting business undergoing significant transformation to appoint an Interim Finance Controller for an initial 6-month contract.
Reporting to the CFO, this is a highly visible role combining financial control, team leadership, process improvement, and ERP implementation. The business operates across multiple entities and jurisdictions and is looking for a hands-on finance leader who can manage BAU while driving change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance team across a multi-entity environment.
- Own month-end, financial control, statutory reporting, and consolidations.
- Improve reporting processes, controls, and management information.
- Support the implementation of a new ERP system (NetSuite).
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders through a period of organizational change.
- Support an evolving international finance function during a complex transformation programme.

About You:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Proven Financial Controller or Group FC experience.
- Strong financial control, statutory reporting, and consolidation expertise.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Comfortable operating in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Track record of improving processes and driving change.

Highly Desirable:
- PE-backed experience.
- ERP implementation exposure, ideally NetSuite.
- Multi-entity and international group experience.
- Finance transformation, carve-out, or business change experience.
Assignment Details:
- Initial 6-month contract.
- £600-£800 per day.
- London hybrid (2-3 days per week).
- Immediate start preferred.
