Group Financial Controller
Location: Central London. 3 days in the office
Duration: 3 months
Salary: Up to £120k
Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a £50m+ turnover international fashion brand to recruit an interim Group Financial Controller to cover whilst they recruit permanently.
The Group Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, management reporting, and statutory compliance across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the GL/Accountant team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure consolidation of financial data across business units, providing accurate and timely financial insights
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits
- Manage tax-related activities, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT filings, Transfer Pricing, and other tax matters
- Provide guidance and support on accounting, compliance, and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Retail sector experience is preferred
- Solid inventory/stock accounting experience
- A self-starter
- Proficient in Excel
