A rapidly growing, international professional services business is seeking an experienced Group Finance leader to join its senior finance team. This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive finance excellence across a complex global organization.

Your new role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Group annual audit process and managing relationships with external auditors.
  • Overseeing statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Managing Group cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
  • Coordinating UK tax compliance and working closely with overseas advisers on international tax filings.
  • Delivering SECR and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Leading transfer pricing compliance, maintaining intercompany agreements and strengthening governance across global operations.
  • Driving robust balance sheet control, reconciliations, and financial risk management.
  • Managing and developing finance teams across both the UK and India.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted adviser on financial matters.
  • Leading ad hoc projects, commercial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Streamlining processes, enhancing controls, and reducing month-end reporting timelines through systems and process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience leading Group finance and reporting functions within a complex, international environment. You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Strong Group consolidation and statutory reporting experience.
  • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional entities and international finance operations.
  • Knowledge of UK tax compliance, transfer pricing, and intercompany accounting.
  • A track record of leading audits and managing external advisers.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience developing offshore and international teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
