Group Financial Controller
Crawley, Mainly remote
£90,000 - £93,000pa plus bonus and package
Grafton Banks Finance is exclusively recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a growing and successful international SME near Crawley. The role reports directly to the CFO and manages staff in the UK and abroad. The role requires a fully qualified accountant and experienced Controller with effective leadership experience. The role is almost 100% remote at the moment; however candidates still need to be living within a maximum of a 1.5 hour commute of Crawley in order to apply.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Day to day management of the global finance team and ensuring delivery across the group
- Consolidation of monthly group management accounts
- Preparation of monthly board pack
- Design & implementation of standardised group processes
- Co-ordination of group audit processes
- Review and ensure accuracy of entity budgets and forecasts
- Cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting
- Group variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Quarterly bank reporting
