Group FP&A Manager
Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working) £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to join a growing and successful business based in Hertfordshire. This is a highly visible role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, analysis and strategic decision making as the company continues its growth journey. The successful candidate will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, providing insightful analysis to drive business performance and support key commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve performance and profitability.
- Produce board-level reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards.
- Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and systems.
- Support investment appraisals, business cases and commercial projects.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience in an FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools is advantageous.
