We’re partnering with a successful, expanding group to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager who will take ownership of consolidated reporting, technical accounting and group‑wide financial governance. This is a key hire for a business scaling in complexity and ambition.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful group financial reporting, ensuring the business has the clarity and confidence it needs to make informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Reporting and Technical Accounting, you’ll strengthen controls, enhance reporting quality and play a central role in year‑end and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own group consolidation across multiple entities, monthly reporting and statutory accounts
- Lead technical accounting matters, ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP
- Manage the external audit process and key stakeholder relationships
- Improve group‑wide controls, policies and financial governance
- Mentor and develop reporting capability across the finance team
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and data quality
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally with strong technical/audit grounding
- Experience in group reporting within a multi‑entity or international structure
- Confident operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Package & Details
- Role: Permanent
- Location: Hybrid (with regular on‑site collaboration)
- Salary: £85,000-£95,000 dependant on experience
- Progression: Clear pathway as the group continues to scale
