Role Description
The Group Fitness Instructor will deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive group exercise sessions for corporate clients on-site at workplaces across the United Kingdom. This contract role involves:

- Planning and leading a variety of fitness classes
- Adapting sessions to different fitness levels
- Providing clear instruction and motivation to participants
- Completing pre-session preparation
- Setting up and packing down equipment
- Ensuring all activities follow health and safety guidelines

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with participants
- Responding to questions
- Offering guidance on form, technique, and general wellbeing
- Communicating with KITA Wellness and client contacts to confirm schedules, provide feedback, and support a consistent, high-quality experience for all teams
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction to lead varied, safe, and effective classes.
- Experience in Personal Training and the broader Fitness Industry to tailor sessions to diverse participant needs.
- Solid Customer Service skills to create an inclusive, professional, and supportive environment for all participants.
- Recognized fitness or group exercise certification (e.g., Level 2/3 or equivalent) and up-to-date CPD in relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, and health and safety practices in group settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage mixed-ability groups in corporate environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on client sites across the UK.
- Current professional liability insurance and, where required, first aid certification.
