Group FP&A Manager
We’re hiring a commercially minded Senior FP&A Manager to help shape strategic performance, decision-making and finance-led transformation across Mattioli Woods.
This is a broad, influential role partnering closely with senior business leaders to turn strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes. You’ll provide high-quality insight, modelling and constructive challenge across major initiatives, while helping embed new systems, automation and scalable analytics across the Group.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with senior executives and business leaders to support delivery of strategic priorities
- Providing financial insight, challenge and decision support across pricing, client growth, platform development and other key initiatives
- Leading detailed financial modelling to support strategic decisions, investment cases and commercial initiatives
- Owning executive-level management information, performance reporting and dashboards
- Supporting finance and business transformation through new systems, improved data flows, automation and scalable reporting
- Tracking benefits, value realisation and performance against strategic plans
- Preparing clear Board and Executive Committee materials on financial and operational performance
- Managing and developing one direct report, building analytical capability across the FP&A function

What we’re looking for
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience, ideally in a complex group environment
- Advanced financial modelling, analysis and scenario-planning skills
- The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, providing clear insight and constructive challenge
- Experience producing executive-level reporting, dashboards or Board materials
- A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance management
- Experience supporting transformation, systems implementation, automation or improved reporting processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex financial and operational data into a clear narrative
- A people-focused approach, with the ability to develop analytical capability in others
