About the Role

We're looking for a Group FP&A Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the Group.

Working closely with Group Finance, Finance teams across Europe and Australia, and senior leaders throughout the business, you'll help drive forecasting, reporting, business planning, and financial insight in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful analysis of Group financial performance to support senior management decision-making.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term business planning activities.
  • Prepare and produce Group reporting packs for key committees and stakeholders.
  • Partner with international finance teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, performance, and intercompany balances.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and governance processes.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate risks, opportunities, and strategic scenarios.
  • Provide commercial and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support a range of ad hoc projects and business initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships and influence senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, resilient, and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Python, or other automation tools is advantageous.
