Our client, a high growth PE-backed global technology business, is looking for a bright FP&A Analyst to join their London team. Reporting to the Global Head of FP&A, you will support business growth as part of a broad and varied role.
The successful candidate will be actively studying towards an accounting qualification, have strong modelling and stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Description
The responsibilities of the Group FP&A Analyst role include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare material for monthly board reports and KPIs.
- Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting and planning for the Group.
- Produce and maintain accurate management information, highlighting any risks and challenging results.
- Drive process improvement and engage with the wider team to add value.
- Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve data quality at source.
- Build strong working relationships with various stakeholders to translate financial data into meaningful information.
- Lead monthly variance analysis and work to find improvements across the cost base.
- Analyse complex financial reports and data to provide recommendations.

Skills
The skills of the Group FP&A Analyst include, but are not limited to:
- Part-qualified accountant who is actively studying towards qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous experience within SaaS or technology would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills with previous experience modelling.
- Prior experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
