The Role
The purpose of this role is to be a key member of the Group FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Group FP&A Manager and supporting the delivery of the Group's reporting, forecasting, planning and performance management activities. The role works closely with the wider FP&A team, regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to provide accurate, timely and insightful financial information that supports decision-making across the Group.
The role is responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of key financial and operational information, supporting the Group's annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term planning processes. In addition, the role will support a range of FP&A activities including investment case reviews, earnings preparation, management reporting, business performance analysis and executive-level presentations.
The position will also provide business partnering support, helping to understand performance drivers, challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities. Through robust analysis and clear communication, the role will help translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

This is a high-profile role that offers exposure to the Group CFO, Group Finance Director and senior finance leaders across the business. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the continued development of the Group's FP&A capabilities while driving continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Reporting, Forecasting and Planning
- Produce and analyse monthly Group management reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful information is provided to senior stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of the Group's annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term planning processes.
- Prepare and analyse Group P&L, cash flow and KPI forecasts, identifying key risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
- Develop reporting packs, presentations and financial analysis for senior management, shareholders and other key stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and planning processes to enhance efficiency, quality and insight.
- Ensure all outputs are delivered accurately and on time with a strong focus on data integrity and a "right first time" approach.
The Person
Essential
Level of Education
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience.

Work Experience
- Experience of working in large, complex international businesses.
- Demonstrable and relevant experience going beyond the number crunching to provide commercial and operational insights and actions.
- Experience of quickly building business understanding and proven record of being proactive in finding opportunities to improve the Status Quo.
- Providing messaging and financial analysis to help articulate performance / influence key stakeholders.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong experience of financial business partnering and performance reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to challenge/question commercial & financial assumptions in an effective way – understanding the “so what” of any insights generated.
- Demonstrated clear analytical skills – utilising to identify trends/gaps and build alternative scenarios reflecting business challenges.
- Highly proficient in financial analysis / modelling – excel or otherwise.
