We're partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed market leader operating across multiple international markets. As part of ongoing growth and succession planning, they're looking to appoint a high-calibre Group FP&A Analyst to join a best-in-class finance function. This is a genuinely high-profile role, offering direct exposure to the Group CFO, senior leadership team and regional finance leaders across the organisation.

The Opportunity
Joining a small but highly talented Group FP&A team, you'll play a key role in shaping financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making across the business. You'll be at the heart of the Group's reporting and performance management cycle, helping senior stakeholders understand business performance, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and support critical investment decisions.

This role offers a unique blend of commercial finance, strategic analysis, board-level reporting and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Group reporting, forecasting, planning and performance management activities
- Own and enhance financial and operational analysis across international markets
- Deliver insightful monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, shareholders and investors
- Partner with regional finance teams to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities
- Support investment appraisals, capital allocation decisions and strategic business cases
- Play a key role in M&A evaluations, integration modelling and synergy tracking
- Analyse Group P&L, cash flow and KPI performance, turning complex data into meaningful insight
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and planning processes
- Champion automation, data quality and FP&A best practice
- Support the Head of Group FP&A and deputise when required
- Provide clear financial storytelling to support decision-making at CFO, CEO and Board level

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A professional who combines strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You'll likely be:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experienced within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles in a medium to large international organisation
- Able to transform complex financial data into clear, actionable business insight
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders
- Naturally curious about how businesses operate and create value
- A confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Experienced producing high-quality presentations for executive audiences
- Passionate about continuous improvement and driving finance excellence
