Head of/Director of Group FP&A | £120,000 - £150,000 plus bonus & package | FMCG
Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly reputable FMCG brand on their search for a new Head of Group FP&A.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this moving and diverse business in a time of exciting growth both domestically and internationally. This role has come about due to an internal promotion and is critical to driving financial performance and providing strategic financial insights to support the business’s growth and profitability at group level.

Responsibilities
- Provide monthly financial analysis and insight into the groups commercial performance.
- Act as the key FP&A to the investor relations and M&A teams.
- Own the annual group budgeting & forecasting process and the regular report packs for senior management.
- Deliver step changes to the quality and efficiency of the management reporting and forecasting.

Requirements
- Well organised, commercial, qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to present financial data clearly and accurately to non-finance personnel.
- Experience in a Group FP&A role would be highly advantageous, as would a practice-trained background.
