Cedar is partnering exclusively with a leading international investment management firm to appoint a Manager within its Group/Corporate FP&A team.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role covering the management company, listed holding company and wider group. You will take ownership of the models, reporting and analysis that support senior management, Board and investor decision-making.

Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, the role offers exposure to valuations, liquidity and debt modelling, carried interest, compensation and incentive schemes. It is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong FP&A professional seeking senior exposure and a clear route towards Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain consolidated budgets, forecasts and long-term planning models
  • Produce monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPI dashboards and Board packs
  • Deliver variance, profitability, cost and headcount analysis
  • Provide clear commentary and recommendations to senior management
  • Support liquidity forecasting, debt modelling and covenant monitoring
  • Assist with holding-company valuations and portfolio performance analysis
  • Model bonus pools, carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements
  • Support fund FP&A and review fund accounting information when required
  • Improve FP&A models, reporting processes and automation
  • Partner with Finance, HR, investment teams and senior business leaders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
