About our Client
We are partnering with an established, international consumer products business operating across both B2B and B2C channels, with a portfolio of well-recognised brands and a global market presence.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for an Experience Group FP&A Manager to join their team and help drive the business forwards.
About the Role
The Group FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, while delivering commercially focused insight to support business growth, profitability and strategic decision-making.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions and using data-driven insights to drive performance across an international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and performance updates for senior leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational functions.
- Build robust financial models to evaluate investments, pricing and growth opportunities.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Enhance FP&A processes, reporting capabilities and forecasting accuracy.
- Support cash generation, working capital management and transformation initiatives.
- Highlight key risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to leadership teams.
- Act as a champion of financial best practice across the organisation.

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with post-qualified finance experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using BI, reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Commercially minded, inquisitive and confident challenging assumptions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience operating within an international business environment would be advantageous.
- Exposure to FMCG, retail, consumer products or branded businesses would be beneficial.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, investment appraisal and ROI methodologies.

Location: London
Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
