Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insight?

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Group FP&A Manager to help drive performance, planning and strategic decision-making across our international business.

Location: White City, West London (plus some travel will be required)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum with a bonus potential of up to 10% of basic salary

Reports to: Head of Group Finance

Your Role as Group FP&A Manager

Working closely with the Head of Group Finance, CFO and senior leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping the financial performance and strategic direction of Colart. You will lead the Group’s budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, delivering high-quality analysis and insight to support decision-making across our international business.

As a trusted business partner, you will work with finance, commercial and operational teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve profitability and support strategic initiatives. You will also help drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes, while promoting best practice across our global FP&A community.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine strong technical finance skills with commercial influence, working across multiple markets, brands and functions in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the Group.
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and variances.
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting and executive-level presentations.
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build financial models to evaluate pricing, investment and growth opportunities.
  • Drive profitability improvements and support transformation initiatives.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, reporting automation and data quality.
  • Support and develop the global FP&A community, sharing best practice across the business.
  • Support initiatives to improve working capital performance and cash generation across the Group.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within forecasts and business performance to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in industry and/or practice.
  • Experience in FP&A, business partnering and performance management.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and AI.
  • Commercially minded, curious and confident in challenging assumptions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • International and FMCG/branded consumer goods experience desirable.
  • Experience of pricing strategies and ROI methodologies.
