Group FP&A Manager
Remote (UK) | Regular Site Visits Required | Private Equity-Backed Group
About The Company
We're partnering with a rapidly growing, investor-backed multi-site business operating across heavy industry and infrastructure services. Following significant growth through acquisition, the business is strengthening its Group finance capability and is seeking a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.
About The Role
This is a high-impact role combining FP&A, strategic finance, financial modelling, business partnering and performance analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, forecasting future performance and providing insight to both executives and investors.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
- Own and develop the Group's integrated three-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Produce Board, lender and investor reporting, providing clear insight into performance and future outlook
- Support financing, covenant reporting and cash flow forecasting activities
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders across the business to improve decision making and drive performance
- Deliver scenario modelling, investment appraisals and strategic analysis to support growth initiatives
- Analyse key commercial drivers, including pricing, volume, margins, working capital and capital expenditure
- Support M&A integration and value creation initiatives where required

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong Group FP&A, Strategic Finance or Corporate Finance background
- Advanced financial modelling capability, including building and maintaining integrated three-statement models
- Experience operating within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge, influence and partner senior stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to Executive and Board-level audiences
Highly Desirable:
- Experience within heavy industry, industrial services, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, waste management, engineering or related sectors
- Previous private equity, investor-backed or leveraged business experience
- Exposure to debt facilities, cash flow forecasting and covenant modelling
- Experience supporting acquisitive or buy-and-build organisations
