Group FP&A Manager | PE backed TMT

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus and benefits

Location: London

Work arrangement: Hybrid working

I am currently partnering with a high-growth PE backed TMT business who are looking for a Group FP&A Manager to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be working closely with the Head of FP&A and manage a junior coming through. This is a very exciting role where the company is going through a period of sustained growth due to recent PE investment.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Take ownership of the budget, quarterly reforecasts, long-range planning, and scenario models supporting leadership decisions, acquisition analysis and investor reporting.
  • Own the Group MI pack, KPI definitions and variance analysis, plus clear commentary and recommendations for the CFO, Exec and Board.
  • Lead the Group reporting architecture, standardise KPIs across entities, and replace manual MI with repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Modelling, synergy analysis and business cases; tracking integration benefits and aligning acquired entities to Group reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
