Role Overview

In this role, you will create engaging and effective design solutions across both print and digital platforms. From marketing campaigns and promotional materials to in-branch signage and digital content, your work will play a key role in strengthening brand recognition and supporting marketing initiatives across the group. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets that support commercial campaigns, enhance the customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across multiple brands within the group.

Responsibilities

  • Designing high-quality creative assets across both print and digital platforms
  • Developing marketing materials including brochures, promotional campaigns, social media content, signage, and in-store displays
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and events with engaging and effective visual design
  • Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
  • Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Preparing artwork for print and liaising with print suppliers when required
  • Supporting the development and evolution of brand assets across the group

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Strong creative ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/brands simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Good understanding of the print production process
  • Excellent understanding of digital design principles and user-friendly layouts
