About the Opportunity
The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Head to lead and scale advertising agency partnerships. This hire will be responsible for driving revenue strategy, deepening executive-level agency relationships, and accelerating growth across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven solutions.
As a key member of the Agency Sales Partnerships function, you will help shape commercial strategy, build long-term partnerships with major holding companies (Publicis), and position the business as a market leader across the digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to engage Publicis and drive incremental revenue across the entire group
- Build and strengthen C-suite and senior investment relationships across Publicis and agency teams, including programmatic leadership, data teams, and broader agency business units
- Personally lead and close complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Represent the company at industry events and act as a senior ambassador within the broader digital ecosystem
- Partner with Product teams to shape an agency-driven roadmap, identifying revenue opportunities tied to new products and integrations
- Align with Enterprise Sales leadership to ensure seamless execution, performance, and client retention
- Establish revenue targets, pipeline performance metrics, and quarterly business review frameworks
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded research initiatives, thought leadership, and industry events

Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, adtech, or agency leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem, particularly video, CTV, and programmatic advertising
- Proven track record of developing and sustaining strategic partnerships, including large-scale commercial agreements
- Experience within an adtech platform, DSP, SSP, or high-growth technology environment preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and regional teams
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders
