We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to step into the role of Group Head of Business Solutions. This is a key leadership opportunity within our IT function, offering the chance to influence and drive enterprise-wide transformation across our business.

You will lead the evolution of our core business systems, ensuring we maximise the benefit of our standard platforms while supporting the Group’s ambitions in data, digital, and AI-enabled innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Group-wide Business Solutions function, driving performance, engagement and capability
  • Championing adoption and optimisation of core platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM, Data tools)
  • Supporting the consolidation of systems into standardised Group solutions
  • Driving transition from project delivery into sustainable BAU operations
  • Partnering with divisional and functional leaders to transform business processes
  • Supporting the Group’s data strategy and AI ambitions
  • Ensuring robust governance across security, compliance, and third-party solutions
  • Contributing to the wider Group IT leadership and digital transformation strategy
  • Embedding best practice frameworks such as Lean and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Strong leadership experience within a matrix or Group organisation
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale IT transformation, particularly ERP consolidation (SAP S/4HANA desirable)
  • Expertise in business systems, data platforms and process optimisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business units
  • Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • A passionate change leader with the ability to influence behavioural and technical transformation
