Role Description
The Group Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site position based in Newry, responsible for leading and growing the sales function across the organisation’s product portfolio. This role oversees sales strategy development, revenue forecasting, and implementation of sales plans that drive market expansion and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales teams, setting performance targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and best practices. The Group Head of Sales builds and maintains key customer and partner relationships, leads account management activities for strategic clients, and collaborates with marketing and operations to align go-to-market initiatives. The role also involves analysing sales data, monitoring market trends, preparing reports for senior leadership, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in grease trap, filtration, and plumbing solutions.

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and lead multi-region or multi-product sales initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships and optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess robust Team Management experience to recruit, develop, and motivate sales professionals while fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, market data, and customer insights for informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in senior or group-level sales leadership, preferably within industrial, environmental, or engineering-related products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Comfort working on-site in Newry and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, product development, and marketing teams.
