A highly successful and award-winning market leader with global sales, now looking for a Group Head of Supply Chain to lead and further develop the function, driving operational excellence with a strong customer focus, and supporting continued growth.
Your new role
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will play an integral role within the Senior Operational Leadership Team, overseeing the Demand Planning, Procurement, Import, Inventory Management and Warehouse functions.
- Lead the development and execution of the Group supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Take full responsibility for the management of stock, materials and supply chain disciplines, ensuring robust forecasting, efficient procurement and effective inventory management.
- Drive continuous improvement across all supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen operational performance.
- Manage sourcing and procurement projects throughout their lifecycle, while ensuring stock levels remain aligned with agreed budgets and business requirements.
- Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, productivity and delivery.
- Work closely with the Board and Operational Leadership Team to translate the company's vision and values into effective operational strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure strong compliance, governance and processes across the supply chain, taking ownership and acting decisively when required.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership experience within a complex supply chain, procurement, operations or materials environment.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing and supplier management.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrable experience of leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn business objectives into clear, actionable plans.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of improving processes, performance and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively across senior leadership and wider teams.
- Customer-focused, collaborative and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
