Chesterfield College Group is seeking an exceptional Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead our compliance, risk and assurance agenda across a diverse college environment.

We are looking for an accomplished professional who can combine strong technical expertise with outstanding leadership skills to influence at all levels, drive a positive safety culture and provide assurance to senior leaders and governors that our students, staff, visitors and contractors operate within a safe, compliant and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Principal Safe and Inclusive Practice, you will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment across the College Group.

As the organisation's lead competent person for health and safety matters, you will develop and implement effective compliance frameworks, strengthen governance arrangements and provide expert advice to senior leaders and managers. You will ensure the College not only meets its statutory obligations but continues to develop a culture where health, safety and wellbeing are integral to every aspect of college life.
