Group Home Lead

Are you an experienced operational leader looking for the opportunity to influence care quality across multiple services, develop high-performing teams and drive meaningful improvements for residents? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Group Home Lead and play a pivotal role in leading a portfolio of homes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care while supporting the growth and success of our services.

As a senior operational leader, you will provide strategic oversight across a group of homes, ensuring they consistently deliver safe, high-quality care that meets regulatory standards and supports positive outcomes for residents. Working closely with Home Managers, Regional leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen governance and create cultures where both residents and colleagues can thrive.

In this influential role, you will provide visible leadership and support to Home Managers, helping them build resilient, self-sustaining teams and achieve operational excellence. Through regular site visits, coaching, mentoring and performance support, you will ensure consistent standards across all homes while fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.

You will lead service improvement initiatives, oversee quality improvement plans and use data, audits and performance metrics to identify trends, manage risks and drive positive change. Acting as the safeguarding lead for your portfolio, you will provide oversight, guidance and support on safeguarding matters, ensuring policies are consistently applied and that residents are protected through a culture of openness, professionalism and least restrictive practice.

Working closely with operational and governance teams, you will ensure services remain compliant with CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act and organisational policies. You will support homes through inspections, audits and quality reviews, maintaining strong governance frameworks and ensuring actions are implemented effectively.

Alongside your quality responsibilities, you will contribute to the operational and financial performance of the homes, supporting workforce planning, budget management, occupancy growth and the development of sustainable services that meet local needs. You will also represent the organisation with commissioners, regulators and external stakeholders, promoting the reputation of the homes within local communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
