Group Hospitality Coordinator
We're looking for a Group Hospitality Coordinator to act as a central point of contact between the Head of Hospitality, Group Operations & Experience, and key stakeholders across our multi-outlet, multi-property business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at an early-to-mid-career stage who wants broad exposure to how a hospitality group operates, from F&B and operations to finance, HR, ownership, and supplier relationships, while working closely with senior leadership.
You'll be the connective tissue between departments and properties: organising information, tracking projects, coordinating communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across a busy, multifaceted operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Head of Hospitality and key stakeholders, including Accounts, F&B, Operations, Owners, Suppliers, and HR
- Coordinate and track cross-departmental projects, following up with relevant stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication flow across multiple properties and outlets
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Research, collate, and present data and reports to support senior-level decision-making
- Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and updates ahead of key meetings
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners on behalf of the business
- Handle sensitive business information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Support the Head of Hospitality with day-to-day priorities, adapting quickly as needs shift across the group

What We're Looking For
- Highly organised, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels, from ownership to frontline F&B and operations teams
- Comfortable working across numerous stakeholders and departments simultaneously
- Strong research and data skills, with the ability to gather, organise, and present information clearly
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Event coordination experience is a plus
- An interest in, or exposure to, hospitality, F&B, or multi-site operations is highly desirable
- A proactive and adaptable mindset; this role touches many areas of the business and rewards curiosity and initiative
