Overview

Subsea7 is seeking a Group HRIS Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in our Sutton, London office.

Reporting into the Group Learning Systems Lead, the Group HRIS Co-ordinator for Learning & Development is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Talent Management modules. The role ensures a high-quality user experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders by maintaining accurate system data, supporting learning and talent processes, resolving queries, and contributing to ongoing system improvements.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide first-line support and resolve issues for learning, performance, and talent-related queries received through the shared mailbox, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
  • Support the delivery of annual learning campaigns and performance review processes, including system administration, monitoring, and user support.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training resources, including user guides and videos.
  • Support learning system administration requests, including the creation, maintenance and inactivation of learning items, programmes, curricula, and assignment profiles.
  • Conduct regular audits of the learning catalogue to maintain accuracy, compliance, and an optimal learner experience.
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and perform data validation activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of learning, performance and talent data.
  • Monitor and maintain learning data integrity, ensuring system records are accurate and aligned with governance standards.
  • Support testing activities relating to system enhancements, releases, integrations and new functionality - documenting outcomes and supporting issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the user experience.
  • Deliver system training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end users and HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, data protection requirements, and audit standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system processes and configuration changes, including updating process maps.
  • Support internal and external audits relating to training and talent data.
  • Promote user adoption, compliance and best practices across global HR teams.

  • Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning and/or Talent modules.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and talent management processes.
  • Experience supporting global HR systems and processes.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Solid problem solving, communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on your own where required.
