Overview
Subsea7 is seeking a Group HRIS Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting into the Group HRIS Lead, the Group HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Accenture Document Composer (ADC). The role supports system-related queries and HR processes, whilst ensuring a high-quality user experience for employees, managers, and HR teams.
Reporting to the Group HRIS Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate system data, assisting with system administration activities, and contributing to ongoing system improvements.
What will you be doing?
- Provide support and resolve issues for Employee Central, Onboarding, and ADC related queries received through the shared mailbox, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and support data correction activities across Employee Central, Onboarding, and ADC.
- Support testing activities relating to system enhancements, releases, integrations, and new functionality - documenting outcomes and supporting issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and perform data validation activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Deliver system training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end users and HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection requirements, and audit standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes and updating user guides, training material, and process maps.
- Promote user adoption, compliance, and best practices across global HR teams.
- Participate in HRIS projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Onboarding.
- Experience supporting Accenture Document Composer (ADC) or other HR document generation solutions.
- Experience supporting global HR systems and processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on your own where required.
