The Opportunity

We’re creating a new Group HSEQ Manager role to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality performance across all four of our sites. Reporting to our Technical Director, you’ll take ownership of our HSEQ management system and certifications, lead our internal and external audit programme, and line manage a team of QA Technicians based at our three manufacturing sites. It’s a genuine opportunity to shape how HSEQ is delivered across a growing, century-old British manufacturing business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own HSEQ performance and certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across all four sites.
  • Lead our internal and external audit programme and act as the main point of contact for regulators and certification bodies.
  • Line manage and develop our QA Technicians at Ware, Coleford and Cleckheaton.
  • Lead investigations into incidents and near misses and drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Maintain and grow accreditations (e.g. CHAS, Constructionline) that support our Sales and Contracting teams.
  • Build a strong, consistent safety and quality culture across the group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
