Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
GROUP INSTRUCTOR - FITNESS
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
No two days on the studio floor are ever the same. That's exactly why we need you leading it.
As our Group Instructor, you'll lead the group exercise programme at our Central London site; shaping a timetable that works as hard as the people who show up for it, and building a team of freelance instructors who make it happen.
You'll teach 8–10 classes yourself each week, but the bigger job is everything around them: reading the utilisation numbers, managing the budget, holding the standard, and adjusting the offer as member demand shifts. Studios don't run on a fixed script, you'll navigate the swings, and make it look effortless.
The class list changes daily. What doesn't change is the standard you hold it to.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
