A top-ranked City tax practice is looking to add an experienced Senior Associate to its Core Tax team, with a focus on Group & International Tax.
This is a particularly strong opportunity for a tax lawyer looking to build a predominantly advisory practice. The team acts for UK and internationally owned groups, family-controlled businesses and major corporate clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border tax issues, alongside selected transactional mandates.

The work spans international structuring, group reorganisations and demergers, returns of value, ownership restructurings, transfer pricing, diverted profits tax and multi-jurisdictional tax risk. You will also advise on the tax implications of international expansion, succession and governance, often working alongside private client specialists where corporate and personal tax considerations intersect.
About You:
You will have 5+ years' relevant post-qualification or professional experience and a strong grounding in international and corporate tax advisory work.
