An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a growing organisation and provide high-quality technology support across its UK operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users and takes pride in delivering a highly responsive service. You will provide day-to-day IT support across multiple locations, with a particular focus on senior executives and VIP users, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing onsite and remote 1st/2nd line IT support across London and Slough.
  • Delivering discreet, high-touch support to senior executives and priority users.
  • Troubleshooting Windows, macOS/iOS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers and business applications.
  • Supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Providing first-line troubleshooting across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and meeting-room/AV technology.
  • Managing incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.
  • Working with third-party IT suppliers and managed service providers.
  • Supporting IT projects, device deployments, asset management and service improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate IT documentation and ensuring security and data-protection procedures are followed.
  • Travelling between London and Slough as required, with occasional out-of-hours support for critical or executive requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
