🚨 We’re Hiring | Cleaning Group Lead – Runtech Facilities
📍 Tata Steel Trostre Works, Llanelli
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Runtech Facilities team at Tata Steel’s Trostre site as a Cleaning Group Lead.
We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, take ownership and help us continue raising standards across our facilities operation.
The role will include:
- Leading and coordinating our industrial cleaning team
- Driving high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
- Planning and prioritising daily workloads
- Coaching, supporting and developing team members
- Ensuring work is delivered safely and to the required standard
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we work
- Working closely with Runtech management and our customer
