As a Group Lead Volunteer, you’ll head up the Group Leadership Team, who make sure volunteers have what they need to teach skills for life and bring adventure to our young people.
Whether it’s creating a positive vibe, supporting volunteers, juggling projects, or spotting new talent, as a Group Lead Volunteer, you'll use our ready-made tools and local support to help your fellow volunteers shine.
